1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. container sour cream
2 eggs
14 3/4 oz. can Green Giant Cream Style Sweet Corn
11 oz. can Green Giant White Shoe Peg Corn
11 oz. can Green Giant Mexicorn Whole Kernel Corn, Red and Green Peppers
8 1/2 oz pkg. corn muffin mix
Recipe
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray 12x8" 2 qt. glass baking dish w/ nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine butter, sour cream, and eggs. Mix well. Add cream corn, shoe peg corn, corn with peppers and muffin mix. Stir just until moistened. Pour into sprayed baking dish. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden brown. Cut into squares to serve.
