    Fiery Garlic Green Beans

    1/3 cup bottled stir-fry sauce
    1 Tablespoon dry sherry
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
    18 ounces frozen cut green beans, thawed and drained
    1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes


    1. Combine stir-fry sauce, sherry and garlic; set aside.

    2. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

    3. Add green beans and crushed red pepper; stir-fry 5 minutes.

    4. Pour in stir-fry sauce mixture; cook, stirring, until beans are
    coated with sauce.

    Servings: 6 servings.
