    List of Ingredients




    8 potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, chopped,or 4 green salad onions
    1 ctn.(8 oz.) sour cream
    paprika
    1/2 stick margarine

    Recipe



    Beat softened cheese and sour cream. Add to potatoes that have been boiled and mashed with just 1\2 stick of margarine. Add salt and onion. Pour into greased baking dish. Smooth top of potatoes and sprinkle paprika for color. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

    Serves 8.
