Scalloped Potatoes
List of Ingredients
2 large onions
10 large potatoes
2 cups chicken or beef broth
4 cup shredded cheese
Salt, pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Fry sliced onions until transparent, then layer in bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish. Then add thinly sliced raw of potatoes, handful (1 layer) of shredded cheese. Pour over a little broth. Then continue layering each ingredient with salt and pepper until all is used. Bake until potatoes are fork tender.
