    List of Ingredients


    • 1 8-10" round bread loaf, unsliced
    • 2 cups chopped onions
    • 2 cups light mayonnaise dressing
    • 8oz. sliced reduced fat swiss cheese finely chopped
    • 1 6 oz can crabmeat, drained and flaked
    • 1/2 cup capers, drained


    Instructions


    1. Cut the top off bread loaf and hollow out the inside. Place top and hollow bread loaf in an airtight container. Set aside.
    2. In a medium saucepan cook onions, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 5 minutes; drain well.In a large bowl stir together the onions, mayonnaise dressing, swiss cheese, crabmeat and capers.
    3. Spoon crab mixture into a 1 1/2- quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, in 350* oven about 30 minutes or until heated through.
    4. To serve spoon dip into hollowed out bread loaf.
