SPICY ARTICHOKE DIP

- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, and coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp diced green chile peppers, drained
- 2 tsp drained and chopped pickled jalepeno peppers
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- paprika
- toasted baguette slices
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine chopped artichoke hearts, mayo, parmesan cheese, green chile peppers, cumin, pickled jalepeno peppers, and garlic. Spoon artichoke mixture into an ungreased casserole . sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350* oven about 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly, Let stand about 10 minutes before serving. Serve with chips.
