    List of Ingredients




    2 Tbsp butter
    2 Tbsp cornstarch
    12 oz can evaporated milk
    2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
    8 oz aged cheddar, shredded
    4 oz can hatch green chiles, chopped
    ½ cup tomatoes, diced
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Melt the butter in a sauce pan, add the cornstarch and whisk until no longer lumpy.
    Add the evaporated milk to make a roux and whisk until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.
    Add in the cream cheese, then the cheddar in sections, whisking until melted.
    Next add the green chile, and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with tortilla chips of choice.
