    BOURBON DOGS

    List of Ingredients

    1 Cup bourbon
    1 Cup ketchup
    1/2 Cup brown sugar
    1 TB minced onion
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp hot sauce
    1 lb hot dogs

    Recipe

    Combine bourbon, ketchup, brown sugar, minced onion, worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in saucepan.

    Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cut hot dogs into quarters.

    Add hot dogs to sauce and simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve with toothpicks
    Makes 40 appetizers
