    List of Ingredients


    • CRUST:
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1/2 cup powdered (confectioner's) sugar
    • 1 cup flour
    • LEMON MIXTURE:
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 3 TB. lemon juice
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 2 TB. flour
    • 1/2 tsp. baking powder


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter and sugar

    2. Cut in flour until crumbly

    3. Lightly press into bottom of 8-inch square, greased, pan

    4. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees

    5. While crust bakes mix the lemon mixture ingredientstogether

    6. When crust is done(brown around edges), spread egg/lemon mixture over hot crust and bake 25 minutes

    7. When cool, top with a little powdered (confectioner's) sugar and cut into squares
