    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 TB honey
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 cloves garlic--minced

    Recipe



    Mix sugar and red wine vinegar until sugar dissolves.
    Put in jar with the rest of ingredients and shake to emulsify.
    Chill
