This is a terrific marinade for chicken, beef, pork or seafood.

List of Ingredients


1/2 cup naturally brewed soy sauce
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 TB. sugar(or honey)
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
3 cloves garlic, crushed



Recipe

Mix all ingredients and marinate meat for a few hours or overnight.
Don't marinate seafood very long.
