Two Cheese Bread

Recipe Introduction

This bread is very good... and delicious toasted, too. First measure is for a 2lb loaf… second measure (in parenthesis) is for 1-1/2lb loaf. I used 'whole wheat setting' and 'light crust'. .. or you can use 'basic' bread setting.

List of Ingredients

1-cup warm water (2/3 cup)

1-1/2 TB butter or vegetable oil (1TB)

1 egg (1 egg)

1 TB sugar or honey (2 tsp.)

1 tsp. salt (1 tsp.)

3/4 cup whole wheat flour (1/2 cup)

2-3/4 cup bread flour (2-1/2 cup)

2 TB gluten (2TB)

1/3 cup dry milk (1/4 cup)

1-1/3 cup cheddar cheese, grated or 4 ounces/ (1 cup cheddar cheese, grated or 3 ounces)

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or 3/4 ounce/ (3 TB Parmesan, grated or 1/2 ounce)

1 TB sesame seeds (2 tsp. sesame seeds)

2 tsp. active dry yeast (1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast)



Recipe

Add all ingredients to bread pan in order suggested by your bread machine directions.
