    Whipped Cream Frosting / Icing

    List of Ingredients

    4 TB. butter

    3 TB. flour

    3/4 cup milk

    1 tsp.vanilla

    Recipe

    In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter.

    Add flour and stir. Add milk. Stir until thick. (mixture will leave sides of pan)

    Remove from stove. Add vanilla. Stir well. Cool.

    Cream 1/4 lb. butter and 3/4 cup sugar.

    Add above mixture and beat at high speed until light and creamy.
