Grilled Tarragon Shrimp

List of Ingredients

MARINADE

6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
3 TB. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup olive oil
2 tsp. soy sauce

2 pounds of shrimp, cleaned.. tails left on.

Recipe

Mix marinade ingredients in blender or food processor. Marinate shrimp 4-7 hours.
Skewer shrimp and grill until done.
