Did you ever have your potatoes boil over onto your nice clean stove top? How about that rice that always seem to boil up and crawl over the side of your saucepan? That stuff is like glue to get off! Here's a tip: Brush or spray the top inside rim of the pan (about the top 1-inch of the inside of the pan). Presto! No more boil-overs!!
