Barbecued Ribs

List of Ingredients
Dry Rub for Ribs
8 TB Brown sugar
1 TB Kosher salt
1 TB Chili powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Jalapeno pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
Recipe
Mix all and rub on both sides of ribs.
Cover and let sit in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 250F.
Bake ribs, covered, in oven for about 3 hours or until done.
At this point you can refrigerate until ready to use.
Reheat ribs on grill turning and brushing now and then with your favorite barbecue sauce.
