Pineapple Brunch Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 can (8ounces) Crushed pineapple
1 cup Biscuit mix
1 cup milk
4 eggs lightly beaten
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of ground nutmeg
1/4 lb. cooked ham, diced
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or sharp Cheddar cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
Recipe
Drain pineapple.
Combine biscuit mix, milk, eggs, butter, mustard, onion powder and nutmeg in blender or beat with electric mixer.
Stir in ham, cheese, onions and pineapple.
Pour into greased 10-inch quiche dish or deep-dish pie plate.
Bake in 350 degree F oven 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
