    1 1/4 cups chicken broth
    7 tablespoons lemon juice
    4 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
    1 pat butter
    2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed into 1 tablespoon cold water

    Recipe



    Heat chicken broth in pan
    Add lemon juice and capers
    Swirl in butter
    Add cornstarch mixture and boil until sauce coats the back of a spoon.
