    Crab and Asparagus Soup

    1/2 pound crab meat
    1/4 cup chopped green onions
    1/2 teaspoon curry
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 (10-ounce) cans cream of asparagus soup
    2 cups half-and-half cream
    1/4 cup sherry

    Recipe



    Drain crab meat if necessary. Remove any remaining shell. Set aside.
    Sauté green onions and curry in butter. Stir in soup, cream and crab. Stir gently so that crab does not become stringy. Heat, stirring occasionally.
    Blend in sherry.
