Apricot Pecan Bread

List of Ingredients
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 2t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 T. grated orange peel
- 2/3 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. coarsely chopped apricots (cooked)
- 1/4 c. apricot juice
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients in bowl.
- Add orange peel, pecans,apricots and mix with fingers to coat.
- Beat juices and egg.
- Pour liquids into dry, fold until blended.
- Add butter and mix well.
- Spoon into buttered and floured pan.
- Bake in 350 oven for 50-60 minutes
