    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. sifted flour
    • 2t. baking powder
    • 1/2 t. soda
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 2/3 c. sugar
    • 1 T. grated orange peel
    • 2/3 c. chopped pecans
    • 1 c. coarsely chopped apricots (cooked)
    • 1/4 c. apricot juice
    • 1/3 c. orange juice
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine


    Instructions


    1. Sift dry ingredients in bowl.
    2. Add orange peel, pecans,apricots and mix with fingers to coat.
    3. Beat juices and egg.
    4. Pour liquids into dry, fold until blended.
    5. Add butter and mix well.
    6. Spoon into buttered and floured pan.
    7. Bake in 350 oven for 50-60 minutes
