6 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE
6 DROPS TABASCO SAUCE
8 TEASPOONS FINELY CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
1/8 TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER
BUTTER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
SUNDRIED TOMATOES PACKED IN OIL, DRAINED
2 MINI LOAVES PARTY RYE BREAD
3/4 CUPS GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375�.
CUT EACH SLICE OF BRED DIAGONALLY IN TWO. SPREAD WITH BUTTER THINLY OVER EACH TRIANGLE OF BREAD. PLACE BUTTERED SIDE UP ON A COOKIE SHEET AND LIGHTLY BROWN IN OVEN OR BROIL VERY BRIEFLY.
MIX TOGETHER CREAM CHEESE, MAYONNAISE, TABASCO SAUCE, GREEN ONION AND CAYENNE PEPPER INTO A PASTE.
ON THE SIDE WHICH IS NOT BUTTERED, PILE ABOUT 1 TABLESPOON OF MIXTURE ON EACH TRIANGLE OF BREAD AND SPRINKLE WITH ABOUT 1 TEASPOON OF PARMESAN ON EACH. TOP EACH WITH 1/4 OF A SUNDRIED TOMATO. FREEZE.
BAKE FROZEN FOR 10 MINUTES IN PREHEATED OVEN. SERVE HOT
