Sparking Strawberry Punch

This is the best tasting punch.
List of Ingredients
1 qt. strawberries (fresh or frozen, unsweetened, thawed)
3 oz. strawberry geletin
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. lemondae (frozen, concentrate)
1 qt. cranberry juice cocktail (chilled)
2 c. cold water
28 oz. gingerale
Recipe
Puree strawberries in blender. Dissolve geletin in hot water; stir in lemonade concentrate; pour into a 5qt.+ size pan. Add strawberry puree, cranberry juice, and cold water; stir; freeze. Defrost before use (just enough to get a slushy texture). Add gingerale just before serving.
This was the most popular punch served at wedding receptions at the Iowa State University Memorial Union. It is delicious and very easy.
