List of Ingredients



• 1 pkg (18.5 oz) yellow cake mix
  
• 1/3 c. margarine
  
• 3 large eggs
  
• 1/4 c. sugar
  
• 2 tsp. vanilla
  
• 2 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
  
• 2 c. sour cream
  
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  
• 1/4 c. sugar
  
• 1 can fruit pie filling
  






Instructions



1. Beat dry cake mix, butter, and egg at low speed until crumbly.
   
   
2. Press lightly into ungreased 13x9x2-inch pan or 9" round spring form pan.
   
   
3. Beat 2 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, and cream cheese until smooth.
   
   
4. Spread over crumb mixture.
   
   
5. Bake at 350 F. for 20-25 min. until set.
   
   
6. Mix sour cream, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 Tbsp. vanilla.
   
   
7. Spread over baked cheesecake; cool.
   
   
8. Spread pie filling over sour cream mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
