    1 c. shortening
    1-1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2-3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. Cream of tarter
    1 tsp. Soda
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. Cinnamon

    Recipe



    Cream together shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add flour, cream of tarter, soda, and salt.
    Using a teaspoon, roll into balls.
    Combine 2 T. sugar and 2 t. cinnamon. Roll balls in mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 min.
