- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- chopped onion to taste
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onion. Drain.
- Add soup and a little water.
- Simmer 15 to 30 minutes uncovered.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
Final Comments
You could do this in large quantity in a crock-pot, just omit water.
