    MYSTERY CAKE

    I saw this recipe in copykat.com and was interested. I think I might need to cook it a little longer. But it was good.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    • 1 large pkg. mini-marshmallows
    • 1 can apple pie filling


    Instructions


    1. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch cake pan.
    2. Sprinkle mini-marshmallows in bottom of pan.
    3. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
    4. Pour over marshmallows.
    5. Pour pie filling over cake batter.
    6. Bake at 350 F for at least 30 minutes or until set.
    7. As it bakes, the fruit sinks to the bottom and the marshmallows rise to the top, creating a frosting.
