    Peanut Butter Pie

    Recipe Introduction

This is just one variation of a well loved Southern Holiday tradition

    List of Ingredients

1 box of French Vanilla instant pudding ** see note
    1/2 cup of milk
3 rounded tablespoons of peanut butter
1/4 cup of confectionary sugar (may need more or less)
    1 baked pie shell
1 8 oz container of Cool Whip

    Recipe

Mix pudding with 1/2 cup of milk until set, place in fridge. Bake pie shell according to directions, and let cool. Mix peanut butter and confectionary sugar together to make crumbles, you may need to add more sugar. After your pie shell has cooled line the bottom with half of crumble mixture. Pour pudding over crumbles, and use remaining crumbles on top. Put pie in fridge and let set for at least a hour before serving (it actually tastes better the longer it sets). Before serving top with Cool Whip.

**Note** You can use regular Vanilla pudding, but I prefer the french vanilla it has a better taste.
