Cheesy Beer Bread

Recipe Introduction
This is the easiest, yummiest bread! You can use any type of cheese that's your favorite, or leave the cheese out if you prefer.
List of Ingredients
3 cups self rising flour
3 T honey
1 bottle (12 oz) of your favorite beer
1 cup of your favorite cheese, shredded (cheddar, pepper jack, or asiago are my favorites)
2 T butter, melted
Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, stir everything except the melted butter together with a wooden spoon. This is a thick batter bread, so don't try to use a mixer.
Pour into a regular size buttered loaf pan, and pour the melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for 10=15 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
Can also be made in mini loaf pans or muffin tins; adjust cooking time accordingly.
Makes 1 loaf.
Note - self rising flour: Substitute 1 cup all-purpose flour plus 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt for 1 cup self-rising flour. For this recipe:
3 c flour
4 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
