Impossibly Easy Ham 'n Swiss Pie
Source of Recipe

Recipe Introduction
Quiche Lorraine without the crust! Way easier - and less fat - than the classic recipe with the pie crust pastry (although that really IS a wonderful treat!)... this dish is simple, uses no odd ingredients, goes together quickly, only takes half an hour to bake, and tastes fabulous and special! This recipe is also easily adaptable to your tastes or whatever you have on hand. Leftovers reheat really well in the microwave! Note: the recipe below is modified somewhat from the original.

1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked smoked boneless ham
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 ounces)
1/4 cup chopped green onions or chopped onion
2/3 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 1/4 cup milk (evaporated milk works really well in this)
1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired (I use seasoned salt)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
(I add 1/4 tsp dry mustard as well)
3 eggs
Recipe
1. Heat oven to 375ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in pie plate.
2. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate. (Use a blender!)
3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
