Chocolate Mousse Pie

Recipe Introduction
This pie has a lot of room for variations... next time I'm going to chop up some Snickers candy bars and fold them into the mousse. You could also sprinkle with toffee bits, or add nuts, whatever. I think I might also try doing the mousse with white chocolate.
List of Ingredients
One pre-made chocolate cookie crust (or graham crust)
1-2 T butter, melted
6 oz of chocolate - whatever kind you like, milk chocolate, semisweet, chocolate chips or candy bars (I used Hershey's Special Dark bars)
1 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows
1/2 cup milk (I used half and half)
12 oz container of Coolwhip, divided
Recipe
Brush the crust with the melted butter and bake in a 375 oven for 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely.
In a medium saucepan, melt the marshmallows, chocolate, and milk together over medium-low heat, stirring often. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature. IMPORTANT: mixture must be cooled completely!
Once the chocolate mixture is cooled, gently fold in half of the Coolwhip. Pour into the cooled crust, and top with the remaining Coolwhip. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
