ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE

Asparagus CasseroleIngredients3 cans asparagus4 boiled eggs, sliced1 can cream of mushroom soup1 tbs. margarinesalt & pepper to taste3/4 cup grated cheese1 cup cracker crumbsPreparationDrain (reserve) juice from asparagus. Place one half of asparagus in bottom of a casserole dish. Slice 2 eggs on top of this. Spread 1/2 can soup over eggs. Dot with margarine & sprinkle with salt & pepper. Repeat layers. Pour 1/3 cup of asparagus juice over all. Top casserole with grated cheese & then sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe
