    1/4 c butter/margarine
    1/2 c peanut butter
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate or butterscotch chips
    bag of miniature colored marshmellows

    Variation - add 1/2 c chopped walnuts OR
    1/2 c med coconut

    Recipe



    Melt butter & peanut butter in large saucepan. Stir in chips until melted. Cool so you can hold your hand on the bottom of the pan. Add marshmallows and stir until all are coated. Pack into 9x9 pan lined with wax paper. (If freezing-use enough wax paper to wrap around when cooled.) Refrigerate. Makes 36 squares Can double wrap in saran wrap and freeze.
