    Best Ever Fried Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 - 2 cups of flour
    1 1/2 t. salt
    2 t. thyme
    2 t. paprika
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 cup milk
    2 T lemon juice
    12 chicken wings
    oil

    Recipe



    Combine flour, salt, thyme and paprika.
    Combine lemon juice, milk and egg.
    Cut chicken wings into 3 sections.
    Discard tips.
    Dredge chicken pieces in flour.
    Dip in egg mixture.
    Dredge in flour again.
    Refrigerate at least 30 min.
    Heat 1/2" oil in skillet at 375.
    Place chicken in skillet.
    Fry until golden brown on each side.
    Reduce heat to 250; cover and cook for 15 min.
    Drain.
    Serves 12.
