    10 Water chestnuts (I small can)
    1/2 can crushed pinepple
    ¼ cup White wine
    1 bunch Scallions -- chopped (1.2 vidalia onion)
    2 T minced garlic
    2 cups Bean sprouts
    1 cup Mushrooms -- diced
    Salt and pepper
    20 egg roll wrappers
    ½ egg, beaten

    Recipe



    Finely chop waterchestnuts.
    Put in bowl with drained pineapple.
    Saute scallions, garlic, bean sprouts, and mushrooms in wine.
    Reduce to little liquid.
    Add to chestnut/pineapple mixture and mix.
    Fill wrappers with one of the points facing you.
    Fold point to center, cover with left then right point and roll.
    Brush with eggbeaters and bake at 400~ for 15 minutes.
