    List of Ingredients




    2 T olive oil
    1 T vegetable oil
    4 T butter
    1 T finely chopped garlic
    1 T dried mushrooms, soaked in 4 T water, drained and chopped finely
    2 green peppers, blanched, seeded and finely chopped
    salt, pepper, dry mustard to taste
    a little cayenne pepper
    paprika
    1 1/2 lbs. shelled shrimp
    2 T chopped chives
    2 T finely chopped red onion
    saffron rice

    Recipe



    Heat oil and 2 T butter.
    Saute garlic and mushrooms.
    Add green pepper.
    Season with salt, pepper, mustard and cayenne
    Sprinkle with paprika and add remaining 2 T butter.
    Add shrimp and shake over moderate heat 8 min., covering them well with sauteed mixture.
    Add chives and onion.
    Serve on saffron rice.
    Serves 4
