    1 cup margarine
    1 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
    1 1/2 lbs. mushrooms, sliced
    3 1/2 lb. beef, top round, cut into strips
    6 T flour
    2 1/2 cups bouillon
    1/2 cup sherry
    1 1/2 t. salt
    6 T. tomato paste
    2 t Worcestershire sauce
    2 cups sour cream

    Recipe



    Melt 1/3 cup margarine in large pan.
    Add onions and saute until golden. Remove and set aside.
    Melt 1/3 cup more margarine; add mushrooms and saute until lightly brown. Set aside.
    Melt remaining margarine in pan. Roll beef in flour and saute until brown. Add bouillon, salt, sherry and onions.
    Cover and simmer gently until beef is warmed through.
    Add mushrooms, tomato paste, Worcestershire, sour cream.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serves 10-12
