Ham with Pineapple Sauce

1/2 bone-in fully cooked ham (4-6 lbs.)
3/4 cup water, divided
1 cup packed brown sugar
4-1/2 tsp. soy sauce
4-1/2 tsp. ketchup
1-1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1-1/2 cups un-drained crushed pineapple
2 Tbs. + 1 tsp. cornstarch
Recipe
Place the ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325° F for 1-1/4 to 2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140° F and ham is heated through.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, mustard and pineapple. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine cornstarch and remaining water until smooth; stir into pineapple sauce. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with the ham.

Put all ingredients in crockpot and simmer on low for 5 hrs.
Makes about 3 cups of sauce – 16-24 servings
