Sweet and Sour Pork

List of Ingredients
1 lb. pork cubes
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 t. salt
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup chicken stock
oil
1 T cornstarch
1 t. minced garlic
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 can pineapple chunks
4 T wine vinegar
1 t. soy sauce
Recipe
Mix, egg, 1/4 cup cornstarch, flour, chicken stock and salt.
Add pork to mixture.
Heat oil in wok to 375.
Drop coated cubes in a few at a time and brown.
Remove with strainer and keep warm.
Pour off oil except thin film.
Saute pepper, garlic and carrot.
Add pineapple, 1/2 cup stock and vinegar.
Dissolve 1 T. cornstarch in cold water and add to sauce with soy sauce.
Boil rapidly for 1 min.
Add pork and cook thoroughly.
