Veal cutlets
seasoned flour
egg
milk
bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Recipe
Pound cutlets till they are thin.
Cover with flour seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, parsley
Dip in egg beaten with milk
Cover with bread crumbs that were combined with Parmesan cheese.
Heat olive oil.
Brown cutlets on both side.
Transfer to baking dish.
Cover lightly with spaghetti sauce.
Bake in oven at 325 for 40 min.
Top with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven for 10 min.
