5 t. minced garlic
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained & finely chopped
8 oz. cream cheese at room temp.
2 cups Parmesan cheese
½ t each salt & pepper
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 lb. fresh pasta
¼ cup each Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, mixed
paprika & minced parsley
Recipe
1. Combine cream cheese with Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, artichokes, garlic, chicken and salt and pepper
2. Bring 6 quarts of water to boil and add pasta, 1 ½ salt and simmer 5-10 min until pasta al dente.
3. Drain and combine with cheesy ingredients.
4. Place in greased baking dish.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese/bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until golden brown.
7. Garnish with parsley.
