1 5 oz. can shrimp
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. horseradish
raw cauliflower head
broccoli head
red pepper
very fresh white mushrooms
2 pitted olives
cherry tomatoes

Break broccoli into flowerettes and place around outside of a very large tray for Xmas wreath. Dot with cherry tomatoes for berries.
Put first 8 ingredients in blender and mix well. Chill in shallow round dish (to be face of Santa)
Place dish in center of tray.
Break up cauliflower and select best looking flowers for Santa's beardand hat trim. Crisp in cold water.
Cut red pepper into julienne strips for Santa's hat. Also use for Santa's nose and mouth. Trim hat with cauliflower fur and pom pom.
Slice olive into 4 circles, using the 2 center ones for eyes.
Slice small mushroom into thin slices for moustache.
