Chicken Potato Pizza

List of Ingredients
2 egg whites
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 20-oz. pkg. refrigerated hash brown potatoes
1/4 cup pizza sauce
2 cups cooked chopped chicken
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 12 inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine egg whites, Parmesan cheese and thyme in a medium bowl and beat with wire whisk until foamy. Stir in refrigerated potatoes and mix well to coat. Press into prepared pan to form a crust.
Drizzle with pizza sauce and top with chicken, tomatoes and cheese. Bake pizza at 425 degrees for 15-29 minutes or until potatoes are browned and cheese is melted. 6 servings
