1 c. whole wheat flour
¾ c. wheat germ
3 T packed brown sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1-8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
6 T melted butter
1 slightly beaten egg
½ c. raisins
Recipe
Combine first 6 ingredients. Add last 4 ingredients stir until moist, fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375° for 17-22 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
