    Peanut Butter Cornbread


    3 cups or 1 (16 oz. pkg.) Shirley J
    Corn Bread & Muffin Mix
    ½ cup chunky peanut butter
    1 cup water
    salt and/or sugar for topping

    Recipe




    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Combine and mix all the ingredients.

    Fill muffin tins half full and bake for about 12 minute or until you can stick a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean.

    For cornbread squares pour batter into a greased 9x9 baking dish, bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick tests clean.
