    Sour Cream Corn Bread


    3/4 cup corn meal
    1 cup floor
    2 1/2 table spoons white graduated sugar
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon cream of tartar
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoon butter
    1 cup thick sour cream
    4 tablespoons milk


    Recipe



    Melt butter. Beat Egg. Sift all dry ingredients together,

    Add beaten egg,

    sour cream, milk, and butter. Beat well. Pour into greased

    9 inch bread pan.

    Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
