Apple Syrup from David
1 cup apple juice
2 cups sugar
1 cinnamon stick, about 3" longRecipe
Mix all ingredient in pan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Stir constantly. As soon as syrup comes to a boil, remove form heat; pour, including the cinnamon stick, into a 12 oz. sterilized bottle. Secure cap tightly and refrigerate until ready to use. Will keep up to 6 weeks. Use on pancakes or waffles.
