Spanish Chicken Skillet
1 tablespoon McCormick® Smoky Paprika
1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons McCormick® Season-All® Seasoned Salt
16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large red bell pepper -- cut into strips
1 large sweet onion -- cut into wedges
1 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves
1/2 cup dry sherry or white wine
1/4 cup sliced almonds -- toasted
Recipe
1. Combine paprika, garlic powder and seasoned salt. Coat chicken with
seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Brown chicken
on both sides; remove from skillet.
3. Add red bell pepper, onion, thyme and sherry. Bring to a boil. Add
chicken; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is opaque.
4. Garnish with almonds. Serve with orzo, pasta or rice if desired.
