Candied Jalapenos
1 gallon sliced jalapenos
6 cloves garlic
4 lbs. sugar
3 TBS vinegar
1/4Recipe
CUP water
Drain jalapenos and rinse to take away some of the heat. Add the vinegar and
water to the jalapenos. Add the sugar. It should be about 8 cups.
Stir and boil till it gets to the soft candy stage. (soft ball??) This
should take about 10 minutes and the sugar will be dissolves. Pack into pint
jars leaving 1/2 inch headspace. BWB for 15 minutes on pints.
