Beef and Noodle Casserole from Kathy
1 1/2 to 2 lb. Hamburger
1 medium chopped onion
2 c. Noodles
1 can mushroom soup or celery soup
1/2 c. Tomato puree (catsup may be used)
Recipe
Brown hamburger and onion together. Boil noodles in a small amount of water until they are moistened. In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, place 1/2 of hamburger. Pour tomato puree over Hamburger.
Layer with half the noodles.
Finish with another layer of hamburger and top with layer of noodles. Salt and pepper lightly.
Cover top with mushroom or celery soup.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes on 350 degrees. If baked in microwave Oven, cover with plastic wrap.
