Chicken and Broccoli Casserole from Kathy
4 large chicken breasts
2 (10 oz.) frozen cut broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. Mayonnaise
1/4 c. French dressing
1 box crouton stuffing mix
Recipe
Boil chicken and broccoli until done.
Put broccoli on bottom of 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Take chicken off bone; tear up in small pieces and put a
layer of chicken on top of broccoli.
Mix mayonnaise, chicken soup and French dressing together.
Pour mix on top of chicken and broccoli.
Mix stuffing (croutons) with 1 cup chicken broth and put on top of casserole.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
Take out of oven and serve.
